| CASHO's Annual Meeting is held each year in April at the Hawthorne Inn & Restaurant, Berlin, CT. At the Annual Meeting, the President addresses all of the members and the fiscal state of the organization is published. A keynote speaker gives an informative insight to issues concerning public works and the Connecticut transportation infrastructure (e.g., roads, streets, highways, etc.). Past speakers have included forensic expert and past Commissioner of Public Safety, Dr. Henry Lee, Congressman John B. Larson.
